Question: Who Are Your Main Customers At Cook Garage Doors?
Answer: It used to be that my main customers were contractors, but since 2009 there aren't as many contractors around anymore. Now it seems to be that most of my customers are from word of mouth, and they usually have an accident where their kid accidentally backs into the door, etc. I oftentimes have repeat customers because they like me and the work that I do; whenever I get a call I make it my goal to be there within half-an-hour to an hour getting the job done.
