Question: What kind of cleansers do you use?
Answer: We don't use cheap detergents bought at the local industrial supply or club store by the drum. These tend to be harsh, wear out the carpet and are not healthy for the indoor air. Those with environmental sensitivities may also be allergic to this. We pay extra for a special boutique soap because we want you to feel the softness when you walk on your carpets, it won’t wear out your carpets prematurely and won’t pollute your indoor air. We also offer a green organic product for an extra charge.
