Question: Is there a lot of maintenance once the coated floor is installed?
Answer: There is a misnomer out there that concrete floor coatings are maintenance free. While
they do in fact require maintenance, it's by nature of being a sealed surface, minimal.
We provide every one of our clients with a care and maintenance guide with their
installed floor. This typically consists of regular sweeping (or using a leaf blower where
applicable) and/or mopping with a neutral PH cleaner.
