Question: How Is Bennington Marine's Customer Service And Warranty?



Answer: We have the only 7-year Bow-to-Stern warranty in the industry. We do not have a fleet of lawyers that wrote and decode our warranty. If it's broke, we fix it, and we do it fast. Our warranty vice president is an owner, and he will only come to me if he says no. If he feels we are getting abused in a deal, if he thinks a customer is lying or cheating, that's the only time he has to come to me.

It is the best service, we pay retail labor rates, so that when a customer comes in for a broken cup holder the repair guys are all over it because they know they will be paid well. The minute our warranty becomes a hassle for our customers, is when our customer no longer comes first.
