Question: How Do Returns And Exchanges Work With VJ Books?
Answer: We have an honor system in regards to returns and exchanges; we will send a replacement book with a prepaid return label for our customers to send back the damaged or incorrect book at their leisure. Our goal is to take away any hassle from our customers to keep them satisfied and wanting to do business with us again in the future.
