Question: How Do Attorneys Become Involved When An Employee Is Injured On The Job?

Answer: As in any delivery benefit system some people think they are entitled to benefits and some people think they aren't entitled to benefits and that creates a dispute. In a legal system, or a quasi system, attorneys will become involved any time there's a dispute over whether or not benefits are due.

The insurance company or employer may tell the injured worker that they're not entitled to the kind of benefits the injured worker believes they are entitled to. Then the worker would hire an attorney and the insurance company would hire their attorney to represent their interests. That's all it takes for attorneys to get involved.
