Answer: MafiaLife got started by a regular 'dungeons and dragons' fan.. In dungeons and dragons you would build a character and live an imaginary life within the world of the 'dungeon master'. There was no ending to the game, just a build of your character til you died, or it would go on forever. As a fan of the digital computer age, and the mafia movies, it was time to create a digital role playing mafia world on the internet.
